The Basic Principle Of Antenna Coupling

Antenna coupling is to receive electromagnetic waves through the antenna. Antennas are rod-shaped, ring-shaped, fishbone-shaped, and so on. When the electromagnetic wave reaches its surface, due to the high-frequency oscillation of the electromagnetic wave's electric field and magnetic field, electromagnetic induction is caused in the conductor, and an induced current is generated, which enters the receiving circuit through the feeder.

Antenna coupling is the induction effect of electromagnetic waves in conductors.

The high-sensitivity antenna designed for meditation is widely used in radios, TVs, mobile phones, and BP machines.

However, there is still an antenna coupling of heaven's will. For example, the base pin of a high-sensitivity transistor is soldered, and the floating base pin becomes an antenna, which can receive electromagnetic signals. Another example is the rattling noise if the screwdriver touches the high-frequency receiving circuit when repairing a radio. A screwdriver is equivalent to an antenna, and its coupling causes sound.

Special attention must be paid to this kind of antenna coupling in EMC engineering, because this kind of "antenna" is often difficult to find, but the interference it brings is sometimes very serious.
