Overview
Impulse Magnetic Field Generator PFM S9 can meet the requirements of standard IEC 61000-4-9 and GB/T 17626.9. Impulse magnetic fields are generated by lightning strikes on buildings and other structures (including masts, grounding rods, and grounding grids) and by initial transients of failures in low, medium, and high voltage power systems, as well as by isolation switches in high voltage substations connecting to high voltage busbars. The experimental pulse waveform is 6.4/16μs.
