Overview
ESD (electrostatic discharge) is a common natural phenomenon. ESD 8K is specially designed for the characteristics and requirements of ESD immunity test of human body model (HBM) and machine model (MM), and is divided into HBM electrostatic test model and MM electrostatic test model.
It is applicable for the test of semiconductor devices such as LED, transistor and IC etc.
Equipment can meet the requirements of standards ANSI-STM5.1-2001, JESD22-A114D -2005, AEC-Q100-002D -2003.
